1 Parties and execution

This agreement is formed when the Customer explicitly confirms the order carrying payment obligations following presentation of the Pre-Contract Information Form and associated legal texts. Transaction records and accepted document versions are transmitted to the Customer in a durable medium. Merely visiting the website does not constitute acceptance or payment authorization.

2 Order specifications and fees

3 Performance and service delivery

The service is delivered electronically via cloud software. 4 Renewal and cancellation

5 Specific consumer provisions

Where the transaction genuinely qualifies as a consumer contract, mandatory statutory consumer rights cannot be diminished by B2B terms in the general agreement. Consumers hold a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal from distance service contracts. Specific withdrawal terms for this order: {{cayma_hakki_ve_gercek_istisna}}. Where statutory early performance exemptions apply, the consumer's separate positive consent {{erken_ifa_ayri_onay_kaydi}} and proof of performance commencement {{ifa_baslangic_kaydi}} must be established. Absent such conditions, statutory withdrawal rights remain enforceable.

Valid withdrawal notices trigger refunds within fourteen days of receipt. Consumers may terminate indefinite-term or annual subscriptions without penalty at any time. For consumer subscriptions shorter than one year, statutory rights regarding contract variations apply. Termination requests are fulfilled within at most seven days; unearned balances are refunded within fifteen days of termination. Fixed-term consumer subscriptions cannot be extended via general automatic renewal clauses.

6 Platform operations and data protection

Customer connects authorized accounts, ensures lawful grounds for audience lists and outbound communications, honors opt-outs, and configures automated workflows. Connecting an e-commerce store constitutes a documented service instruction for analytics, not blanket consent on behalf of store clientele. Provider is responsible for software security, technical processing, and statutory data processor duties. Data processing, language model usage, international transfers, and Meta/Google scopes are governed by their respective special terms.

7 Contractual documents and governing law

Document versions applicable to this order: {{belge_surum_listesi}}. Terms of Service, WhatsApp Marketing Special Terms, AI Special Terms, Data Processing Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy complement this agreement. Informational notices and transactional consents are never conflated with marketing opt-ins.
